SCHIP Services

The Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007 (MMSEA) requires Workers' Compensation, Liability, Auto No-Fault and Self-Insurers Claims to report specific data to CMS on any open claim in which a claimant is Medicare eligible.
