Please report, anonymously or by name, any suspected fraudulent behavior by Express Scripts' members or participating pharmacies using one of the following options:

  • Call the Fraud Tip Hotline toll free at 866.216.7096 and leave a message.
  • E-mail the Express Scripts Program Integrity team.

Please provide as much information as possible to assist in the investigation. Any information you provide will be kept strictly confidential.
